Vista Login Help
 
Basic Procedure
                 
1. 
 Go to Vista login page
 
            
2.
 Enter NetID and password
 
  
3.
 If cannot login, follow the help steps for resolving login problems
             
Step 1: Go to Vista login page
             
Method 1
 

Go to http://webct.uconn.edu

Click on Log into Vista

     
             
Method 2
             
 

Go to http://vista.uconn.edu

 

     
             
Step 2: Enter NetID and password
             
 

Remember:

NetID is all lowercase

The password system for NetIDs used in WebCT and Vista is not the same as the password system for Exchange Mail

    
             
Step 3: Resolve login problems
 
            
a. 
If you are sure of your NetID and password, try entering it again
 
            
b.
Clear your browser cache, then try logging in again. Directions for clearing browser cache:[webpage][pdf]
 
  
c.
 Try using a different browser to log in (Best choices: Netscape 7.2, Firefox 1.0, Internet Explorer 6.0, Safari 2.0.1 and higher)
 
  
d.
 Try resetting your password at http://netid.uconn.edu
